About Brandola:

Brandola is a fast-growing offline branding and POSM execution partner for India’s leading brands. We specialize in retail branding, in-store installations, visual merchandising, and project fulfillment across the country. We are looking for a driven Key Account Manager to strengthen our client relationships and scale key accounts to the next level.


Key Responsibilities

  • Account Ownership:

    Be the single point of contact for assigned key accounts across categories (e.g., FMCG, Beauty, Retail, Q-Commerce).
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build long-term partnerships, understand business needs, and proactively offer solutions.
  • Project Planning & Execution Oversight:

    Collaborate with internal teams (design, procurement, production, logistics, project execution) to ensure timely and quality delivery of all projects.
  • Revenue Growth:

    Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue from existing clients.
  • Reporting & MIS:

    Maintain accurate trackers, share weekly/monthly performance reports, and monitor client satisfaction metrics.
  • Coordination:

    Lead internal alignment meetings, own the recce-to-report closure cycle, and resolve escalations.
  • Business Development Support:

    Assist with pitch decks, case studies, and pricing strategies for repeat or new briefs from existing clients.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience managing key accounts in the branding, advertising, or offline marketing industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal).
  • High proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent project management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and store visits as required.
