Must have experience in Corporate sales

Roles & Responsibility

Serve as the
primary point of contact
for high-value clients, maintaining strong, trusted relationships.
Understand client goals, challenges, and business dynamics to deliver
customized solutions
.
Design and execute
strategic account plans
aimed at expansion and revenue growth.
Identify opportunities for
upselling and cross-selling
within existing accounts.
Manage
contract negotiations
, terms, pricing, and renewals to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Coordinate with
internal teams
sales, marketing, product, logistics, and customer supportto ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor account performance, prepare regular
reports and forecasts
for management/client, and analyze KPIs.
Resolve client issues or conflicts
swiftly, advocating for the client while protecting company interests.
Stay current with
industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
to inform account strategy.
Represent the company at
industry conferences, trade shows, or client meetings
as needed.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, proposals, and deliverables using
CRM systems
.
