Role Overview

SHYPFY Logistics is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with strategic clients in the logistics sector. The KAM will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of logistics services, acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, and driving new business development. A significant component of this role is sales—closing deals and expanding SHYPFY’s client portfolio.


Key Responsibilities
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key clients in logistics and supply chain.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and account retention through regular interactions and solutions-based engagement.
  • Identify business opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and develop new accounts.
  • Drive sales closures by preparing and presenting customized logistics solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close B2B deals to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal operations, finance, and technical teams to deliver superior client service.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Stay updated on market trends and provide client feedback for continuous service improvement.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in key account management, preferably in logistics/transportation.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, driving revenue through new client acquisition and upselling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Compensation Structure
  • Total CTC: Up to ₹6,00,000 per annum (fixed pay)
  • Variable Pay: Unlimited earnings potential linked directly to sales closures. Variable pay is uncapped and will be offered over and above the fixed CTC, providing high performers the opportunity for substantial financial rewards.
