Job Title: Key Account Manager – Enterprise IT Infrastructure Sales

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to lead enterprise sales for IT infrastructure solutions across the Hyderabad region. The role demands strong experience in managing key accounts, OEM partnerships, and solution-based B2B selling in the enterprise IT space.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand enterprise accounts across assigned regions
• Drive solution-based sales of:
• Servers, Storage, Networking, Firewalls/Security
• Engage with CXOs, IT heads, and procurement stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term account growth
• Collaborate with OEMs, presales engineers, and solution architects
• Monitor account health and ensure high client retention

Required Experience & Skills

• 4–5+ years in IT infrastructure sales (Enterprise segment)
• Proven experience with OEMs such as Dell, HPE, Cisco, NetApp, EMC, Juniper, Aruba
• Expertise in strategic account management and consultative solution selling
• Exposure to enterprise verticals like BFSI, Manufacturing, IT/ITES
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Candidates from ValuePoint Systems or similar OEM-driven solution firms are highly preferred
