BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:

Junior Quality Analyst

KRAs

Excellent knowledge in test case management and bug tracking systems such as
JIRA
or any other tools.
Understand and analyze functional and non-functional requirements to prepare relevant test cases.
Design, write, and execute manual test cases for functional, regression, and smoke testing.
Conduct functional, Integration, System testing and
API testing
using POSTMAN.
Knowledge on
Security Testing (
Burp Suite).
Exposure to performance testing concepts and willingness to learn tools like JMeter or Gatling.
Hands On Automation Testing:
Develop and maintain robust test automation scripts using tools such as
Selenium
or Cypress.
Capability to run and validate basic queries in SQL or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
Clear and concise communication skills for documentation, reporting, and team interaction.
Working closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of quality products.
Contribute to test case documentation, updates, and maintenance in test management tools.
Create and share daily test execution reports and summaries with the QA team.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with
1+
years as a full-time.
Hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance (
Manual
and
Automation
).
Knowledge on MongoDB & SQL queries.
Knowledge on Security and Penetration testing tools and manual penetration techniques.
Working knowledge of tool and technologies like Jenkins, GIT, Maven, TestNG, JIRA and any Bug Tracking tools.
Hands-on experience with
Selenium automation
using
Java
or
python.

Mandatory
)
Strong foundational knowledge of software testing concepts, QA processes, and SDLC/STLC.
API Test Automation
: Use tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, or SOAP UI to automate and execute API test cases. (

)
Knowledge on Accessibility Compliance Testing – Web vulnerability Testing.
Hands-on experience with Appium automation & with one or more querying languages such SQL and No SQL databases.
