Human Resources Executive

Job Title: HR Executive Job Location: Vesu, Surat. Job Type: Full time About the Role: Ranniti Business Consulting is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage internal HR operations and support the employee lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with internship or early-stage HR experience to build a strong foundation in core HR functions while working closely with a growing and dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Support end-to-end recruitment including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews Assist in onboarding and orientation of new hires Maintain employee records, attendance data, and leave trackers Help draft and communicate basic HR policies and procedures Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications Assist with monthly payroll inputs and documentation (leaves, reimbursements, etc.) Help manage confirmation letters, employee letters, and exit formalities Prepare basic HR reports and help with documentation for audits or compliance Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Prior HR internship or up to 1 year of HR work experience Familiarity with HR concepts and basic statutory requirements Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to handle confidential data responsibly What We Offer: Work life balance Upto 35 paid leaves per year Strong learning environment with hands-on exposure to multiple HR functions Supportive mentoring and a collaborative work culture Opportunity to grow with the organization and take on increased responsibilities Flexible work environment and performance-based growth Show more Show less
