Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our corporate team at Sarovar Hotels. The ideal candidate will support core HR functions with a strong focus on recruitment, coordination, data management, and creative support for internal communications.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate database, and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Assist in HR analytics, reporting, and maintaining accurate employee records
  • Prepare HR presentations, reports, and dashboards using MS PowerPoint and Excel
  • Design creatives and internal communication materials using Canva
  • Support onboarding, induction, and engagement activities


Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong data literacy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prior experience in hotel HR is a must (minimum 1 year)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field
  • 1–3 years of experience specifically in hospitality HR
