Job Description

We're Hiring: Business Analyst – SME Business Consulting

📍 Location: Valsad 🕘 Full-Time

📍 Local candidates from Valsad will be preferred for smoother client interaction and availability

Responsibilities:

Interact with SME business owners to gather requirements and understand challenges
Analyze sales, operations, finance, and HR data to identify gaps and inefficiencies
Use frameworks like 5 Why, Pareto Analysis, and McKinsey 7S for root cause analysis
Prepare business gap reports, SOPs, KPIs, dashboards, and improvement plans
Assist consultants in project execution and stakeholder coordination
Track progress of implemented solutions and measure impact
Present insights through clear visual reports and presentations
Conduct industry research and benchmarking for strategic inputs

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or related field
0–3 years’ experience in business analysis, operations, or consulting (preferably with SMEs)
Strong skills in data analysis, Excel, and business documentation
Knowledge of core functions like Sales, HR, Operations, and Finance
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Google Sheets, or ERP/CRM systems
