Role Overview

As an HR Operations Executive at MyOperator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth execution of all HR processes across the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit. You'll support compliance, documentation, policy implementation, and data accuracy, while improving operational efficiency

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and internal databases.
  • Handle onboarding and exit formalities including document collection, background checks, and issuance of experience letters.
  • Ensure timely processing of attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs in collaboration with finance.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and ensure adherence across departments.
  • Support performance management cycles-goal setting, feedback collection, appraisal tracking.
  • Manage HR documentation including offer letters, employment contracts, and internal policy updates.
  • Coordinate engagement activities, employee feedback surveys, and internal communications.
  • Assist in audits, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity), and data preparation for labor law reporting.
  • Track HR metrics (attrition, absenteeism, etc.) and provide weekly/monthly reports to leadership.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in a startup/SaaS/B2B tech environment.
  • Familiarity with HRMS tools, spreadsheets, and document workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, process-driven, and eager to improve systems and efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
