This role is for one of our clients Industry: Marketing Services - Marketing Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Min Experience: 6 years Location: Gurgaon JobType: full-time About The Role We are seeking a Head of Marketing Operations to spearhead the infrastructure, systems, and processes that power our go-to-market (GTM) motion. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, technology, and analytics. As the operational backbone of our GTM function, you’ll partner closely with demand generation, sales, product marketing, and revenue teams to ensure every campaign is executed flawlessly, every tool delivers value, and every decision is backed by insight. Your mission: enable scale, precision, and performance across all stages of the customer journey. What You’ll Do 🔧 Build & Optimize Marketing Operations Architect and manage end-to-end execution workflows for digital campaigns, events, product launches, and lead nurturing. Standardize lead management—from acquisition to routing, scoring, and conversion—with cross-functional SLAs. Streamline marketing and sales alignment by enhancing lead lifecycle visibility and campaign attribution models. Own campaign hygiene, naming conventions, QA protocols, and performance tracking across all initiatives. 🧰 Design & Evolve the MarTech Stack Lead the development of a scalable and future-ready MarTech ecosystem tailored to GTM needs. Evaluate, implement, and integrate marketing tools (HubSpot, analytics platforms, enrichment tools, etc.). Automate marketing workflows including retargeting, onboarding, personalization, and re-engagement. Continuously monitor tool usage, performance, and data sync integrity across systems. 📊 Drive Data, Analytics & GTM Intelligence Develop dashboards and reports to track full-funnel performance (CAC, MQL-SQL conversions, pipeline velocity, ROI). Build attribution and forecasting models to inform campaign budgeting and resource allocation. Deliver actionable insights to demand gen, product marketing, and RevOps to enhance campaign strategy. Collaborate with Finance and GTM teams on pacing, pipeline health, and strategic investments. What You Bring 6–10 years of experience in marketing operations, growth marketing, or GTM analytics, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS company. Proven track record in enabling $10M–$100M+ ARR growth through operational rigor and GTM excellence. Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot (workflows, segmentation, campaign automation, reporting). Expertise in lead funnel optimization, pipeline analytics, lifecycle orchestration, and sales-marketing handoff mechanics. Analytical mindset with a bias for execution—able to move fast, think strategically, and deliver measurable outcomes. Strong cross-functional communication and leadership skills to drive change and adoption across teams. Bonus: HubSpot certifications, experience in CRM/RevOps workflow architecture, or background in SQL/BI tools. Success in This Role Means Reduced friction across marketing workflows and systems.
