About the Role:

Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Functional Consultant (Support Role):

• Provide functional support for D365 F&O (Finance & SCM modules).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to procurement, inventory, GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, etc.
• Collaborate with users to gather requirements, test changes, and train end-users.
• Prepare functional specification documents for change requests or enhancements.
• Monitor integration errors and coordinate with technical teams for fixes.
• Maintain configuration documentation and end-user guides.

🔹 Techno-Functional Consultant:

• Analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform light X++ customization/debugging (optional but preferred).
• Design and test integrations with external systems using Power Platform, OData, and DMF.
• Develop and support workflows and custom reports using SSRS and Power BI.
• Participate in system upgrades and regression testing cycles.
• Work closely with developers, architects, and business users to ensure solution integrity.

Required Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in D365 F&O (Finance and Supply Chain).
• Strong process knowledge in GL, AP, AR, budgeting, procurement, inventory, warehouse, and production.
• Must be Microsoft Certified in D365 Finance and/or Supply Chain (attach certificate with application).
• Proven experience with requirement gathering, gap analysis, UAT, and configuration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong documentation and troubleshooting abilities.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Basic X++ or LCS usage knowledge for techno-functional role.
• Experience with Data Management Framework (DMF), Electronic Reporting, or dual-write.
• Experience working with Agile project environments.
