Full Stack Developer
to join our growing team in Bangalore. We are building cutting-edge digital platforms and enterprise-grade solutions that leverage modern web technologies and cloud-native architectures. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using modern front-end and back-end frameworks.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services to enable seamless platform functionality.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases to handle structured and semi-structured data.
- Write clean, maintainable code with a strong focus on testability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features.
- Participate in Agile sprints, code reviews, and CI/CD workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4-7 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong focus on full stack development.
- Experience with React.js and building responsive, component-driven UIs using shadcn UI and Tailwind CSS.
- Proficient in Redux for managing application state and handling asynchronous data flows.
- Strong command of HTML5 and CSS3, with the ability to deliver clean, accessible, and mobile-friendly front-end code.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience building backend services and APIs using Flask or FastAPI.
- Experience with SQL Server, including designing queries, stored procedures, and optimizing relational database performance.
- Working knowledge of MongoDB, with experience handling unstructured data and schema design for NoSQL applications.
- Demonstrated ability to design and integrate RESTful APIs, including authentication, error handling, and versioning.
- Proficient in version control tools, particularly Git and GitHub, including code branching, pull requests, and reviews.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest (frontend) and PyTest (backend) to write unit, integration, and functional tests.
- Familiarity with API testing and documentation tools, including Postman and Swagger for request simulation and schema validation.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, including containerizing applications for consistent development and production environments.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD workflows, with experience deploying applications through automated pipelines.
- Proficient in Linux scripting, with the ability to automate routine tasks and deployment steps using shell scripts.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in Agile, cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
