Operating at the intersection of cloud engineering and data science, we innovate digital platforms that accelerate decision making and business growth.Role & Responsibilities

Streamline the Managing Director’s daily schedule, prioritising meetings, deadlines, and travel logistics to maximise executive productivity.
Draft, proofread, and circulate high-impact correspondence, board decks, and client proposals with zero-error accuracy.
Facilitate cross-functional communication, ensuring actionable follow-ups from leadership reviews and strategic initiatives.
Coordinate domestic & international travel, visas, and expense reports within budget and policy guidelines.
Maintain confidential corporate records, contracts, and stakeholder contact databases using modern SaaS tools.
Lead small strategic projects and event planning, tracking milestones and reporting status to senior leadership.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years as Executive Assistant to C-level/Managing Director in a technology or consulting environment.
Expert calendar & travel management using Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
Exceptional written & verbal English communication and document preparation skills.
Proven stakeholder management and discretion handling sensitive information.
Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and virtual meeting platforms.
Ability to multitask and self-prioritise in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setup.

Preferred

Experience supporting executives in global time zones.
Working knowledge of project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Jira).
Event production or investor relations exposure.
Understanding of basic financial statements and KPIs.
Proficiency in an additional language.
Certification in business administration or secretarial studies.
