Director of Engineering

What You’ll Do

• Provide Strategic Leadership

  :
• Lead the software engineering team with expertise across

  Node.js, Python, Java, or similar languages

  , ensuring the development of innovative and scalable solutions.
• Drive the design, development, and scaling of platforms in

  , including AP/AR automation, secure transaction workflows, and compliance integration.
• Spearhead AI and ML initiatives to build next-generation fintech solutions.
• Drive the engineering team’s strategic direction with a focus on

• Lead the design, development, and scaling of

• Define and deliver a technology roadmap, fostering innovation and alignment with business objectives.

• Technical Excellence

What We Look For
