Job Title: DevOps Engineer with Linux Administration ( On-Premises DevOps Experience is only considered ) Location: Pradha Solutions - Whitefield, Bengaluru, 560066. Job Description: As a DevOps Engineer at Pradha Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and reliable delivery of our software products. With a strong focus on automation and continuous improvement, you will collaborate closely with our development and operations teams to enhance our DevOps practices. Key Responsibilities: 1. *Infrastructure as Code (IaC):* Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure using IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. 2. *Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):* Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software builds, testing, and deployment. 3. *Containerization and Orchestration:* Utilize Docker and Kubernetes to manage and orchestrate containerized applications. 4. *Monitoring and Alerting:* Implement monitoring solutions and set up alerts to proactively identify and address issues in our systems. 5. *Security and Compliance:* Collaborate with the security team to ensure our infrastructure and applications meet industry security and compliance standards. 6. *Scripting and Automation:* Develop and maintain scripts for automating routine tasks and improving operational efficiency. 7. *Collaboration:* Work closely with development and operations teams to bridge the gap between code releases and infrastructure changes. 8. *Troubleshooting:* Diagnose and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues in a timely manner. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a DevOps or similar role. - Strong proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Proficiency in IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. - Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, or GitLab CI/CD. - Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). - Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, ELK Stack, etc.). - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are a plus. - Hands on experience with artifact management cycle. In Particular GIT, JFrog, Jenkins. - Versions releases and branch management. - Automation development using Ansible, Terraform and Python. - Experience in on prem environment, air-gap environment concepts. - Strong knowledge of Linux and (Windows scripting.) - Knowledge of CI, configuration management and containerization solutions. - Familiar with Network switches, Firewall and other network devices - strong advantages. - Experience with Security Engineering solutions and concepts - a big advantage - Experience with Virtualization, Dockers, containers. Build, configure, upgrades. - Hands on experience with K8S on prem. Install, configure, maintaining and supporting.
