About the Role:-

Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:-

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources such as Salesforce, booking engines, and internal systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain

  Power BI dashboards

  and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), customer behavior, and sales performance.
• Utilize

  advanced Excel skills

  for data modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
• Provide data-driven insights and trends to support business strategy, pricing models, and market segmentation.
• Assist sales and marketing teams in lead scoring, performance tracking, and campaign analysis using Salesforce.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis.
• Prepare regular business reports for leadership and stakeholders with clear visualizations and insights.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms and tools.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the

  travel, tourism, or hospitality industry

  .
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Microsoft Excel

  (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros, etc.).
• Proficient in

  Salesforce CRM

  for data extraction, analysis, and report generation.
• Working experience in

  Power BI

  or other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik).
• Good understanding of business processes in the travel domain (e.g., bookings, packages, lead conversions).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights in a clear and concise manner.

Preferred Qualifications:-

• Knowledge of SQL or basic scripting for data manipulation.
• Experience working with APIs or third-party travel platforms (GDS, OTA tools, etc.).
• Familiarity with customer lifecycle management and customer segmentation models.
