Data Analyst

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Job Location: Bangalore ( Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and interpret data from primary and secondary sources.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop, implement, and maintain databases, data systems, and data analytics strategies.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and work on data governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, finance, etc.) to deliver data-driven solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database querying.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Proficiency in Excel, Python/R for data analysis, and statistical techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
