Role Description We’re looking for a self-motivated and digitally fluent Agency Sales Specialist/Business Development Specialist to join our team and drive revenue through remote outreach, digital sales, and lead conversion. This role requires a sharp understanding of B2B sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closure. Key responsibilities Drive digital lead generation, qualification, and closure to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets. Pitch MAVIP’s GTM services, event sponsorships, content offerings, and digital campaigns to startups, tech firms, and mid-market enterprises. Own the complete sales funnel – from prospecting (cold/warm) to demoing, proposal creation, and follow-ups. Leverage tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, HubSpot, Zoom, and email to engage potential clients effectively. Collaborate with marketing to optimize outreach sequences and respond to inbound leads. Identify new market opportunities across the UAE, USA, Canada, and MEA regions. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasting in CRM. Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, creative, delivery) to ensure alignment on solution selling. Participate in virtual networking, webinars, and events for lead development.
