Business Development Manager

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the business development team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market reach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Conduct client meetings and field visits as required to close deals and maintain relationships.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Report sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum

  5 years of experience

  in business development, sales, or account management in the IoT, GPS, or Telematics industry.
• Proven experience in handling a sales team and meeting/exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Comfortable with client meetings and field visits across Delhi/NCR.
• Strong network in the industry will be an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

🔹 Location & Travel:

• Based in Delhi.
• Must be comfortable with frequent client field visits.
