Position Overview We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition - Assistant Manager to lead our recruitment efforts. This role will be responsible for building and scaling our talent pipeline, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent to drive our company’s growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS hiring, technical and non-technical recruitment, and employer branding . Responsibilities: Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for tech and non-tech roles Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create tailored hiring plans. Utilize innovative sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, referrals, etc.) to identify top talent. Build a strong employer brand through strategic social media engagement, recruitment campaigns, and industry networking. Optimize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment tools to streamline hiring processes. Develop and analyze key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) to improve hiring efficiency. Lead and mentor a team of recruiters (if applicable). Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and engagement. Stay updated with the latest talent acquisition trends Qualifications 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. Strong knowledge of ATS platforms (Keka, Lever, etc.) and recruitment marketing tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics and reporting . Experience with diversity hiring and employer branding initiatives is a plus.
