Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition to join our team at Omega Healthcare Management Services Pvt. Ltd., located in Bangalore II. The ideal candidate will have 8-14 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a strong background in the CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry.
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their needs.

Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify potential candidates.

Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.

Job

Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, preferably in the CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry.

Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems.
