US IT Recruiter

Job Title: Technical Recruiter – (US Staffing)

Experience Level: 2–6 years

Location: Manjeera Trinity Corporate (Hyderabad)

Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (US Time zone)

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US IT roles (Developers, Engineers, Architects, Project Managers, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, etc.).
• Analyze complex job descriptions, understand technical and functional requirements, and clearly summarize roles to attract suitable candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, Salesforce, Java, Python, Snowflake, Power BI, DevOps).
• Engage with senior candidates, assess leadership capabilities, and cultural fit.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and closures while ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Track and report key recruiting metrics regularly.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 2 to 6 years of recruiting experience, specifically in leadership-level roles (VP, AVP, SVP).
• Proven experience hiring senior candidates in Data Analytics, Data Science, Cloud Analytics, or related technology fields.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, simplify, and communicate complex job descriptions clearly.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with a proactive approach.
• Proficiency in leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and other professional networks for talent acquisition.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's (Technology) degree required OR (Masters in Business)
