Job Summary:

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and delivering content for: 
  • High-level understanding of the Logile Solutions 
  • Customer training and support for purchased software modules 
  • Adoption of new products and features 
  • Implementation of products and services for new customers 
  • Retail and industry best practices 
  • New hire orientation 
  • Logile employee development, internal communications, and surveys 
  • Introductory courses for potential customers 
  • Develop training content optimized for an enhanced learning experience, including: 
  • A blend of theory and practical application 
  • Professional and engaging recorded audio narratives 
  • Graphics and visuals (charts, diagrams, etc.) 
  • Video and animation 
  • In-app digital adoption solutions, including guided walkthroughs, tips, and announcements 
  • Quizzes and assessments to ensure comprehension 
  • Adherence to Logile branding guidelines 
  • Use of AI tools to generate or assist in creating multimedia content (e.g., video scripts, voiceovers, visuals) 
  • Experimentation with generative AI to prototype and iterate training modules faster 
  • Application of AI to personalize learning paths based on user behavior and performance data 

 

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Identify knowledge gaps and assess training needs 
  • Design and develop individual training courses and learning paths 
  • Create digital adoption builds for hands-on, solution-based learning 
  • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) 
  • Monitor and measure training completions and performance 
  • Evaluate and implement AI-powered tools to automate repetitive content development tasks 
  • Analyze learner data using AI or analytics platforms to improve training effectiveness 
  • Support adjacent areas of the Customer Experience department as needed

  • Internal training and development 
  • Expansion of offering strategies and best practices 
  • Marketing and business development support 
  • Driving innovation in training through AI-enhanced content creation and delivery 
  • Active participation in Logile’s Career Mentoring Program 


Collaboration:

  • Work closely with various teams across Logile’s organization: 
  • Product Managers for initial course design and review 
  • Software Developers to integrate training videos or tutorials into software modules 
  • CX Delivery team for instructional materials during software implementation and rollout 
  • Sales and Marketing to design content for potential customers 
  • HR for internal training initiatives

 

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in training and development 
  • Strong understanding of digital adoption strategies 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and LMS administration 
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams 
  • Technical background (e.g., computer science, instructional technology, or related field) 
  • Experience with AI tools for content creation (e.g., ChatGPT, Synthesia, Descript, Pictory) 
  • Familiarity with automation platforms and AI-driven analytics in L&D 
  • Curiosity and passion for exploring emerging technologies in learning and development 
  • Experience with WalkMe and Articulate preferred 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to partner with SMEs 
  • Willingness to work in-office and during US hours
