Our team is building foundational AI products and services that empower global enterprises across sectors. We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) who thrives in ambiguity, scales engineering systems with clarity, and bridges business goals with technical execution. Key Responsibilities Program Management & Execution Own the end-to-end planning, tracking, and execution of complex technical programs from concept to launch across multiple AI product and infrastructure teams. Define and maintain program roadmaps, delivery schedules, success metrics, and risks. Drive execution cadence using Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies, leading sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily standups. Cross-Functional Leadership Act as the central coordination point between Engineering, Product, Data Science, Infra, and GTM teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery. Facilitate clear communication across stakeholders (internal and external) and ensure shared understanding of technical milestones and business impact. Collaborate with Founders and senior leadership on strategic initiatives and OKRs. Technical Depth Partner with engineering leaders to define scalable architecture decisions, resource allocations, technical trade-offs, and development timelines. Understand AI/ML development life cycles, experimentation-to-deployment workflows, and MLOps best practices. Operational Excellence Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide real-time visibility into program health, risks, and delivery timelines. Improve internal systems, tools, and processes to streamline productivity for engineering and research teams. Risk Management Proactively identify bottlenecks, conflicts, and delivery risks and resolve them through escalation or by introducing process optimizations. Requirements Must-Haves 6+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering management, or similar roles in fast-growing startups or tech-first organizations. Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact technical projects, especially in AI/ML, cloud computing, or SaaS domains. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), MLOps, and DevOps practices. Ability to write technical documentation, project plans, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Asana, GitHub, Notion, and data visualization tools. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Hands-on experience in any of the following: NLP, LLMs, computer vision, deep learning, cloud-native platforms (AWS/GCP), or scalable backend systems. Familiarity with data pipelines, CI/CD, Kubernetes, or infrastructure-as-code. PMP, CSM, or other program management certifications.
