Job Summary

Job Title: Technical Team Lead Location: TechM Pune Hinjewadi Years of Experience: 5 7 Years Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Lead with extensive experience in Java development and SIP implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microservices architecture and a deep understanding of IP voice protocols, specifically SIP/RTP and call flows. This role requires a proactive individual who can mentor junior developers and ensure the successful delivery of complex project modules in an Agile environment. Responsibilities Lead the development, support, and implementation of complex project modules. Convert technical designs and specifications into database code and perform unit testing. Collaborate closely with the development manager to meet overall program/project milestones. Provide time estimates and complete tasks in an Agile development environment. Produce and maintain well documented code. Conduct issue tracking, analysis, reporting, and perform code reviews. Mentor new and inexperienced developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth. Adhere to Agile software methodologies and best practices. Mandatory Skills Hands on experience in software development (testing and support experience will not be counted). At least 2 microservices based projects. Proficient in Java, EJB, Spring MVC with JSON and XML. Experience with Java 8, Spring 4+, Java Persistance API, REST API, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud. Strong knowledge of designing Webservices (Workday Webservices). Experience with SQL, NoSQL, Graph DB, and Big Data. Good understanding of OOP concepts, Hibernate, and Software Design Pattern. Familiarity with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ and Kafka. Experience with AWS DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes. Experience with Unit Testing (JUnit) and continuous integration. Knowledge of server technologies including Apache TomEE and Nginx. Experience in on premise, cloud, virtual, and hybrid environments. Strong understanding of HTTP, REST, messaging queues, and service bus. Experience in microservices development and a good understanding of the microservice ecosystem. Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive. Self motivated and quick learner with the ability to cross skill. Preferred Skills Exposure to OCAAS (Optional but preferred). Experience with Google Analytics and Crystal Report. Familiarity with API Gateway, logging, and monitoring tools. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5 7 years of relevant experience in software development and team leadership. Proven experience in large enterprise environments and exposure to complex systems.
