Core Responsibilities Email Marketing Run cold and nurture email campaigns via HubSpot and Reply.io Segment audiences and build drip flows tailored to different funnel stages Optimize deliverability, copy, structure, and conversions through A/B testing Maintain campaign calendars and performance reporting Social Media Management Plan, schedule, and publish content across Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn Maintain a monthly calendar balancing educational, promotional, and trend-based content (2:1:1 ratio) Track performance and recommend changes based on analytics Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with ads contributors (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) to align messaging and CTA consistency Coordinate with content writers and designers to ensure timely campaign asset delivery Define and uphold brand voice and design direction during content reviews Must-Have Skills Proven experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (email campaigns, workflows, segmentation) Strong knowledge of cold emailing, nurturing, and CRM-driven automation tools like Reply.io Proficiency in Meta Business Suite for managing Facebook and Instagram pages Experience building and managing social content calendars Strong written communication and creative brief development Ability to guide design contributors on brand voice, visual tone, and content needs Nice to Have Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, SEO blog promotion, or AI-based content tools Experience in B2B SaaS or marketing to SMBs Why Swivl?
