Role Overview:

WordPress Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance websites for

  B2B, B2C, and D2C brands

  , ensuring scalability and security.
• Collaborate with designers, content teams, and strategists to translate UI/UX mockups (from Figma or similar tools) into responsive, interactive web experiences.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to ensure all projects are built using best-in-class, future-ready solutions.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility.
• Implement and manage

  CMS platforms

  (WordPress, Shopify, headless CMS like Contentful, etc.) based on client needs.
• Integrate APIs, third-party tools, and analytics solutions for advanced functionality.
• Ensure robust QA testing and debugging processes across devices and browsers.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior developers and ensuring coding standards are followed.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to enable data tracking, A/B testing, and performance monitoring on websites.

Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience

  in website development with a strong portfolio across

  B2B, B2C, and D2C

  sectors.
• Proficiency in

  front-end technologies

  : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Expertise in

  back-end development

  with Node.js, PHP, or Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Laravel).
• Experience working with

  CMS platforms

  (WordPress, Shopify, Drupal, Headless CMS).
• Strong understanding of

  SEO best practices

  , Core Web Vitals, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with

  RESTful APIs

  , GraphQL, and integrations with CRMs, analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and technical documentation skills.
• Strong understanding of web security standards (OWASP guidelines, HTTPS, data privacy).

Preferred Qualifications
