Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and integrations with external systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Guide and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and admins to deliver project goals.
• Ensure best practices are followed in configuration, coding, and DevOps processes using tools like SFDX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage and prioritize work using Agile tools like Jira.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and conduct code reviews.
• Work cross-functionally with business, technical, and leadership teams for successful project delivery.
  

Required Skills and Experience:

Technical Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
• Experience in Salesforce integrations with third-party applications
• Proficiency in DevOps and tools like SFDX, Git, Jenkins, etc.
  

Functional Skills:

• Deep understanding of business process mapping and translating requirements into Salesforce solutions
  

Leadership Skills:

• Proven experience in team management, mentoring developers, and owning technical delivery
  

Communication Skills:

• Ability to engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, and document technical solutions effectively
  

Tools & Certifications:

• Experience using Jira, Salesforce DevOps tools
• Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Admin, or Architect (preferred)
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer and/or Architect certifications
• Experience working in a global delivery model
• Background in Agile/Scrum methodology
