Senior Manager

Primary Responsibility

• We are seeking a detail-oriented specialist to join the Cyber Security Governance Team. This role will play a critical part in ensuring project governance, executive-level reporting, and communication of cybersecurity program performance
  

Performance Parameters

• Timely and consistent delivery of scheduled and ad-hoc security reports and dashboards.
• Accuracy and relevance of data presented to senior leadership
• Improvement in leadership’s visibility into security posture and risk exposure
• Stakeholder satisfaction with quality and usability of reports
• Effective automation and optimization of reporting processes
• Responsiveness to urgent reporting needs e.g., major industry events or geo-political escalations
  

Role/ Responsibilities

• Responsible for conceptualizing, designing and delivering high impact executive-level presentations that effectively communicate complex ideas/topics, cyber strategies and data driven insights into senior leadership, stakeholders and clients
• This role requires a strong ability to translate abstract concepts and technical/process information into clear, visually engaging and compelling narratives
• Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Power BI, etc. is essential, along with a keen eye for design, consistency and audience engagement.
• The candidate must demonstrate strategic thinking, attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines
• Support the implementation and enforcement of project governance standards across CIO and CISO-led initiatives
• Monitor compliance with cyber frameworks, reporting standards, and delivery timelines
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions across programs
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards to communicate project and program status, risks, KPIs, and financials.
• Aggregate data from multiple project streams to produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the CIO, CISO and other senior stakeholders
• Create executive-ready presentations to support strategic updates, board meetings, and program reviews.

Qualification

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Certifications (desirable):
• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
• CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)
• CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control)
• CGEIT (Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT)
• CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
