We are hiring for Manager / Senior Manager – Cloud Security


About the Role:

hands-on Manager / Senior Manager – Cloud Security


Core Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement key cloud security solutions such as Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), Cloud Workload Protection Platforms (CWPP), Identity and Access Management (IAM), Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASB), Web Application Firewalls (WAF), cloud encryption and key management services, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), and DevSecOps security automation tools to strengthen the company’s hybrid cloud security posture (AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premises).
  • Ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of vulnerability management and patching programs, including timely identification, prioritization, and remediation of cloud and on-premises vulnerabilities; enforce security hardening standards and secure cloud configuration best practices across all environments.
  • Assess and improve cloud security controls including IAM, encryption, logging, monitoring, WAF, anti-DDoS, and system hardening.
  • Drive DevSecOps initiatives to embed security into CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
  • Lead investigations and resolution of cloud security incidents, coordinating containment, root cause analysis, and remediation with relevant teams.
  • Define, track, and report on cloud security metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to provide leadership with visibility into security posture and risks.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, managing evidence collection, and addressing audit findings related to cloud security.
  • Assist in customer security assessments and responses, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements.
  • Perform additional Information Security projects and tasks as assigned by senior management to support Mobileum’s evolving security landscape.


Stakeholder & Collaboration Management:

  • Work closely with Cloud Operations, IT, Engineering, Product, Legal, SOC, and Business units to align cloud security initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Communicate cloud security risks, strategies, and remediation plans clearly to technical teams, senior management, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on cloud-specific risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and incident response activities.
  • Partner with the Security Operations Center (SOC) to integrate cloud security monitoring and threat detection capabilities.
  • Ability to translate complex technical details into clear, business-understandable language for effective communication with stakeholders.


People Management & Leadership:

  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and leadership to the Cloud Operations security team, helping build skills and ensuring effective execution of cloud security controls.
  • Drive a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement within the cloud and broader IT teams.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and cross-team collaboration to enhance cloud security maturity.

  • CCSP

    (Certified Cloud Security Professional)
  • AWS Certified Security – Specialty

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate

  • Google Cloud Professional Cloud Security Engineer

Additional Relevant Certifications:

  • CISSP

    (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
  • CISM

    (Certified Information Security Manager)
  • CISA

    (Certified Information Systems Auditor)
  • Certified DevSecOps Professional (CDP)

    or equivalent
  • PMP

    (Project Management Professional) or related project management certifications (preferred but optional)


Qualifications & Skills:

  • 7–12 years of experience in cloud security, with hands-on expertise in hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premises security architectures and controls.
  • Proven ability to evaluate and implement cloud security technologies and processes.
  • Experience managing cloud security metrics, reporting, and audit readiness.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in incident management and response in cloud environments.

Familiarity with DevSecOps and secure CI/CD practices.


Work Experience:


Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related discipline preferred.
