Support network performance monitoring, troubleshooting using SolarWinds NPM, NCM & VNQM Work with Cisco Umbrella, Cisco DNA Centre, Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), and Cisco Stealthwatch to enhance network security and automation. Ensure patching and compliance for firewalls and network devices. Handle non-standard service requests and escalate critical issues. Log warranty calls with OEMs and coordinate for hardware replacement when necessary Hands-on experience in Access Point configuration, troubleshooting, and deployment . Strong knowledge of firewalls, VPN configuration, and tunneling . Expertise in routing and switching (Cisco preferred). Familiarity with SolarWinds, Cisco Umbrella, Cisco ISE, Cisco DNA Centre, and Stealthwatch . Ability to handle firewall governance and non-standard service requests . Experience with remote troubleshooting and configuration designing . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
