• Minimum

• Strong understanding of

  databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) 
• Proficient with version control tools (

• Exposure to containerization tools like

  ) preferred 
• Strong grasp of design patterns, clean architecture, and scalable code practices

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance Java applications 
• Implement and manage RESTful Microservices using Spring Boot and Hibernate 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions 
• Lead code reviews, ensure coding standards, and maintain code quality 
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system design decisions 
• Drive performance optimisation and troubleshooting of critical application issues 
• Guide and mentor junior developers and actively support team skill development 
• Ensure delivery of high-quality features following secure coding practices and testing standards 
• Engage in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives 
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation 

Preferred Skills

• Experience with

  DevOps tools

  (e.g., Jenkins, Terraform, Kubernetes) 
• Working knowledge of

  messaging queues

  (Kafka, RabbitMQ) 
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React/Angular) is a plus 
• Experience working in

  Agile/Scrum environments
