Role Summary

HR Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all HR operations, ensuring seamless alignment with business strategy.
• Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to scale high-performing teams.
• Oversee employee relations, ensuring a collaborative and inclusive workplace.
• Drive performance management initiatives to boost engagement and accountability.
• Conduct workforce planning to optimize hiring, deployment, and succession.
• Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and HR regulations.
• Use data and metrics to guide HR decision-making and improve outcomes.
• Manage organizational change through structured change management processes.
• Lead HR budgeting, resource allocation, and forecasting.
• Mentor and support HR team members, building a culture of excellence.
• Develop and execute employee engagement strategies to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Provide strategic HR counsel to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Create and manage L&D programs to strengthen team capabilities.
• Track labor market trends to adapt recruitment and retention strategies.
• Champion clear communication across all levels to strengthen organizational culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in HR operations and talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability to align HR strategies with business goals in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Deep knowledge of HR principles, best practices, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience handling sensitive employee relations matters.
• Strong leadership skills with experience building and guiding HR teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience using HR data to inform decisions.
• Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and modern recruitment platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian labor law and HR regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with HR budgeting and workforce planning.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; CRM or recruitment software knowledge is a plus.
