Job description About the Role: CEO’s Office Intern @ Soptle 📍 Location: Onsite – Bangalore Only | ⏳ Duration: 3 Months 💰 Stipend: Competitive | 🚀 PPO: High-performing interns will be offered a full-time role We’re looking for a gritty, fast-learning CEO’s Office Intern to join Soptle, a bold fintech company solving India’s credit access problem for small businesses. You’ll work onsite in Bangalore, directly with the Founder & leadership team across GTM, product, partnerships, and operations—helping execute 0→1 bets that move the company forward. If you’re obsessed with speed, impact, and learning-by-doing—this role is for you. 🚀 What You’ll Work On Shadow and support the Founder on key initiatives across growth, partnerships, and product Design and run outbound sales and distribution experiments across India’s SMB sector Conduct deep market research on underserved credit segments and share actionable insights Use Gen AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, etc.) to accelerate operations, sales, and research workflows Collaborate with product, ops, and engineering teams to iterate on customer feedback Build internal dashboards, pitch decks, or documentation as needed—we don’t believe in “that’s not my job” No two days will look the same. Some days you’ll be running outreach campaigns. Others, you’ll be digging through data or on a customer call.
