About the Role
As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Senior HR Manager / HR Leader will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling the people function at Cloudangles. This role goes beyond traditional HR—it’s about partnering with the business to enable transformation, drive a high-performance culture, and lead the company into its next phase of growth.
You’ll own the end-to-end HR charter, from talent strategy to compliance, employee engagement, performance management, and cross-border collaboration with US-based teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Business Heads on org design, workforce planning, and cultural transformation
  • Align HR initiatives with business objectives to support growth across product, engineering, sales, and delivery functions
  • Lead talent management, succession planning, and leadership development programs
  • Standardize and scale recognition programs, performance appraisals, and feedback systems
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives tailored for diverse, fast-growing, hybrid teams
  • Build and implement HR processes, SOPs, and scalable systems (HRMS – Keka preferred)
  • Oversee compliance with Indian labour laws and manage HR operations across legal entities
  • Own annual compensation planning, benchmarking, salary reviews, and incentive programs
  • Collaborate actively with US-based teams – must be available for syncs and calls across global time zones (10 AM–10 PM IST)
  • Manage and mentor a 2–3 member HR team, fostering a culture of ownership and learning

Candidate Profile
Experience & Background
  • 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 4+ years in managerial or leadership roles
  • Proven HR leadership in IT / SaaS / software organizations
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Education
  • MBA/PGDB in HR from a Tier 1 institute preferred (XLRI, TISS, IIMs, ISB, etc.)
Tools & Skills
  • Proficient in HRMS platforms (preferably Keka)
  • Strong in Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data-driven reporting
  • Familiar with org design and compensation frameworks (Hay, Mercer, Deloitte, etc.)
  • Well-versed in Indian labor law, compliance, and HR best practices
  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR are a plus
