We are mission-driven, innovative, and dedicated to creating positive social impact through technology. Join our team as a Growth Manager and help us scale our product and consulting services.


Role Overview:

As a Senior Growth Manager, you will take ownership of the entire growth strategy, from customer acquisition to retention. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute growth strategies that align with business goals. Your role will involve data-driven experimentation, mentoring junior managers, and ensuring the alignment of marketing, product, and sales teams.


KEY responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company’s growth strategy, working closely with senior management.
  • Conduct market analysis and design experiments to optimize customer acquisition and retention funnels.
  • Manage and optimize acquisition campaigns across multiple channels (paid ads, SEO, content, partnerships).
  • Enhance conversion rates through product messaging, pricing, UX flows, and onboarding processes.
  • Improve customer retention by enhancing user experience and post-sales support.
  • Monitor KPIs such as CAC, LTV, churn, and MRR, and share insights with leadership.
  • Lead and mentor growth team members; collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment.


QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or product roles, particularly in high-growth SaaS or tech companies.
  • Proven experience in data-driven growth, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Experience with growth experimentation and scaling campaigns.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and AI ( CRM, data visualisation).
  • Experience managing or mentoring a team of growth professionals is a plus.


PREFERRED SKILLS;

  • Expertise in growth strategy development and scaling for tech startups.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and processes.
  • Experience in improving customer onboarding flows.
  • Strong analytical background, with experience in data visualisation and reporting.
  • Ability to establish strategic partnerships and lead business negotiations.
