We are mission-driven, innovative, and dedicated to creating positive social impact through technology. Join our team as a Growth Manager and help us scale our product and consulting services.


Role Overview:

As a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing growth strategies to expand our SaaS product and consulting services. You’ll work across teams (product, marketing, sales) to generate leads, negotiate deals, and increase customer acquisition and retention. You’ll also play a key role in analyzing performance data and making recommendations to improve our growth tactics.


KEY responsibilities:

  • Define and implement data-driven growth strategies to meet sales and revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new customer segments and sales channels.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital marketing, events, direct outreach) to generate qualified leads.
  • Manage outreach to NGOs, government agencies, and corporate partners; prepare proposals and negotiate deals.
  • Analyze growth performance (lead funnel, conversion rates, user engagement) and optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product and consulting teams to align growth initiatives with features and projects.
  • Report on progress and suggest improvements for strategy and tactics.


QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in growth, business development, or sales (preferably in SaaS or tech products).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data/analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of lead generation, pipeline management, and hitting growth targets.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels (SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media) and outbound outreach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, lean startup environment and manage multiple projects.


PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience working in the social development sector or with NGOs.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and Canva.
  • Knowledge of growth hacking strategies and advanced digital marketing techniques.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Ability to develop strategic partnerships and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
