You will craft compelling, research-driven proposals aligned with social and climate impact goals, working with cross-functional teams and under tight deadlines. This role is essential in supporting the organization’s funding and partnership objectives. What Success Looks Like Delivery of clear, persuasive, and well-structured proposals that meet donor requirements Ability to translate complex research and data into accessible, engaging content Consistent adherence to deadlines and quality standards Responsibilities Write and design research proposals, concept notes, and grant applications for institutional donors, foundations, and corporate partners Interpret research data and translate technical information into clear, accessible content Meet strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality output Qualifications Proven experience in research proposal writing within social impact or climate sectors Strong understanding of research methodologies and proposal design Familiarity with key thematic areas such as international development, sustainability, inclusive finance, health, livelihood, education, or related fields Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and engagingly Experience working with international donors, philanthropic foundations, or research institutions is preferred If you have a passion for crafting impactful proposals and thrive in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.
