Role Overview

Position Title: Senior Full Stack Developer (React.js & Laravel)

Experience Required: 5+ Years (with ERP & Leadership Experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Laravel, specifically with hands-on experience in ERP system development. The ideal candidate must have successfully led development teams and delivered at least two full-cycle ERP or complex enterprise software projects. This is a senior-level role that requires a proactive mindset, technical leadership, and a deep understanding of scalable system architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex ERP modules using React.js (frontend) and Laravel (backend).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Drive architectural decisions and code standards to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
• Mentor junior developers and manage a small team of engineers through the full development lifecycle.
• Conduct code reviews, implement best practices, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Integrate third-party APIs, manage database design, and oversee cloud deployment.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Maintain technical documentation and project repositories using version control systems like Git.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of full stack development experience with strong command over React.js and Laravel.
• Proven track record in leading development teams on at least two full-cycle ERP or complex system implementations.
• Strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL, RESTful APIs, and MVC architecture.
• Experience in project planning, task assignment, and sprint management tools.
• Knowledge of software security practices, DevOps pipelines, and performance tuning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in SaaS product architecture or multi-tenant platforms.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Working knowledge of frontend state management libraries (Redux/Zustand).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
