HR Executive / Sr. HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit process)
  • Maintain and update employee records and HRMS systems
  • Coordinate with payroll and compliance teams to ensure accurate data flow
  • Generate HR reports and dashboards for decision-making

2. Performance Management (PMS)

  • Assist in implementing the PMS cycle including goal setting, mid-year, and annual reviews
  • Coordinate with department heads and employees to ensure timely completion of PMS
  • Analyze performance data and generate relevant insights for management
  • Support in identifying performance gaps and development needs

3. Rewards & Recognition (RNR)

  • Design and execute monthly/quarterly RNR programs and awards
  • Track and report on RNR metrics and employee participation
  • Collect feedback and suggest enhancements to improve program effectiveness

4. Employee Relations (ER)

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances
  • Ensure proper documentation and resolution of ER cases as per policy
  • Promote a culture of transparency, trust, and ethical practices
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends

5. Employee Engagement (EE)

  • Plan and execute engagement initiatives including events, campaigns, surveys, and wellness programs
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement levels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to foster a positive and inclusive work environment


Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with

    strong hands-on experience in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, etc.)
