About Woliba Woliba is an AI-powered People Operations platform focused on holistic workplace wellbeing. We empower organizations to simplify processes, enhance employee experience, and create thriving, inclusive cultures. As we scale our infrastructure and prepare for AI-driven features, we're seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead our cloud architecture and platform automation initiatives. Objectives As our Senior DevOps Engineer, your core objectives will be: Multi-Cloud Infrastructure Leadership: Architect, manage, and optimize infrastructure across Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AWS, ensuring availability, security, and scalability. Cost Efficiency & Observability: Implement tools and practices for cloud cost optimization, budget forecasting, and resource efficiency. AI/ML-Ready Infrastructure: Build and future-proof infrastructure pipelines to support machine learning workflows, including GPU provisioning, MLOps pipelines, and secure data pipelines. Automation & Deployment Excellence: Streamline CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, CircleCI, ArgoCD) for rapid and reliable product delivery. Security, Compliance & Resilience: Enforce best practices in infrastructure-as-code (IaC), container orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS/GKE), and cloud security frameworks. Deliverables Rebuild & document multi-cloud architecture for resiliency, scalability, and performance Reduce cloud spend by 15–25% via resource tuning, autoscaling, and cleanup of zombie resources Deploy AI-ready environments with GPU provisioning, container isolation, and scalable storage Implement or enhance CI/CD pipeline automation with support for blue-green or canary deployments Conduct security audits and implement compliance monitoring across all environments Create dashboards for uptime, cost, error rates, and predictive infrastructure usage Key Qualifications 5+ years in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roles Strong expertise in AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, EKS) and GCP (GKE, Cloud Run, BigQuery, IAM) Proficient in Terraform, Helm, Docker, and Kubernetes Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or similar Proven track record in cloud cost analysis, FinOps tools (e.g., CloudHealth, CloudZero), and right-sizing Exposure or experience with AI/ML infrastructure (GPU compute, Kubeflow, Airflow, model deployment) Solid grasp of DevSecOps, vulnerability scanning, and compliance tooling Excellent communication and documentation skills Nice to Have Experience with data pipelines, Kafka, or event-driven architectures Familiarity with monitoring tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana Exposure to serverless architecture, microservices, and multi-tenant security What You’ll Love About Woliba Mission-driven culture centered on wellbeing and innovation Ownership of mission-critical systems and long-term architecture Collaborative, flexible, remote-first environment The opportunity to lay the foundational infrastructure for AI capabilities across the platform Show more Show less
