About Us:



Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Utilize SQL Server to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources to support reporting and analytics needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications for Tableau reports and dashboards.
  • Optimize Tableau workbooks for performance and usability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies.
  • Create and maintain documentation for Tableau dashboards, data sources, and processes.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Tableau tools and best practices.
  • Stay updated on the latest Tableau features and industry trends to continuously improve analytics capabilities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a

    Tableau Developer with a strong portfolio of dashboards and reports.

  • Proficient in SQL Server, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and data manipulation.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Experience in data visualization best practices and analytics presentation techniques.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Tableau certification (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist, Tableau Desktop Certified Associate) is a plus.
  • Experience with other data visualization tools or programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence concepts and methodologies.
  • Experience with AWS Redshift, AWS Glue.
