Role Summary:

Client Partner


Key Responsibilities:


Client Account Support

  • Work closely with the US-based Client Partners on managing strategic technology clients.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders across delivery, pre-sales, inside-sales, operations and solutioning in India.
  • Prepare client presentations, QBR decks, performance reports, and renewal documentation.
  • Track ongoing engagements and ensure timely escalations and resolutions.


Client interaction

  • Work closely with India (GCC) leadership
  • Be a point of contact for new requirements, escalations, quality and deliverables
  • Be liaison between the delivery team and GCC leadership in terms of communication, resourcing etc.


Operational Oversight

  • Drive accountability across delivery teams to meet SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations.
  • Manage internal cadences to monitor progress on deliverables, billing, and resource allocation.
  • Support commercial and pricing discussions with data-backed analysis and inputs.


Strategic Initiatives

  • Assist in building account growth plans, mining strategies, and expansion roadmaps.
  • Contribute to proposal responses, case studies, and value articulation materials.
  • Support stakeholder engagement mapping, including org charts and relationship tracking.


Ideal Profile:

  • 6–10 years of experience in account management or client services in IT, Engineering, or R&D services. (overall experience min 15 years)
  • Strong background in IT service industry with handling multiple accounts is a must
  • Understanding of telecom, networking, communication, ISV/SaaS/Enterprise domain is a big plus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across time zones.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Prior exposure to

    US clients or global account teams

    is strongly preferred.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
  • Ready to learn and adapt fast changing technology landscape of AI
