Leveraging Agile delivery and a product-mindset, our hybrid India team engineers scalable, secure, and high-ROI customer-engagement platforms on the Salesforce ecosystem.Role & Responsibilities

Design, build, and enhance Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow Builder.
Integrate Salesforce with external applications via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), ensuring robust data synchronisation and security.
Implement test-driven development, enforce governor limits, and deploy code through automated CI/CD pipelines (Git, Copado/Gearset).
Translate user stories into technical designs, estimate sprints, and collaborate closely with Product Owners, QA, and UX teams.
Monitor org performance, optimise data models, and remediate technical debt to maintain high availability.
Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to internal best-practice playbooks.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

5+ years hands-on Salesforce development with Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
Proven expertise configuring Sales/Service Cloud, Flows, and Process Builder.
Solid understanding of REST/SOAP integrations, OAuth, and API limits.
Experience with Git-centric workflows and CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.

Preferred

Experience with Experience Cloud and Salesforce Mobile SDK.
Exposure to MuleSoft or similar ESB/e-commerce integrations.
Familiarity with DevOps Centre, automated testing frameworks, and SFDX.
