Role Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at MillionCXO, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients. You will play a crucial role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up high-quality meetings with decision-makers (CXOs) for our internal sales team or clients. Your goal is to create predictable sales pipelines through strategic outreach, strong communication, and smart prospecting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify potential B2B clients via cold calling, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and warm leads.
  • Schedule high-quality meetings with CXO-level stakeholders (CFOs, CHROs, CMOs, CIOs, etc.).
  • Maintain detailed CRM records of lead activity, status, and engagement touchpoints.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Client Success teams to align messaging and improve lead conversion.
  • Contribute to the success of pilot programs by ensuring timely and valuable meetings are secured.
  • Represent MillionCXO’s values and offerings confidently and professionally in all outreach.
  • Provide weekly reporting and insights on campaign performance and pipeline quality.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation, preferably in a SaaS or B2B service environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior executives and CXO-level professionals.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and sales enablement platforms.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs such as meetings booked, emails sent, and calls made.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and persistent in follow-ups.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced sales environment.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound automation tools.
  • Understanding of SDR-as-a-Service or outsourced sales models is a plus.
