Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Generate new qualified leads through outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects for custom software development and staff augmentation services.
  • Understand client requirements and pain points to position Xotives solutions effectively.
  • Conduct discovery calls and initial consultations to qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales or delivery teams.
  • Maintain and update CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive) with lead activity and pipeline progress.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align on campaigns, messaging, and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Work toward achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly lead generation and meeting goals.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B IT sales, with proven success in lead generation, prospecting, and client engagement.
  • Strong experience in IT staff augmentation sales and understanding of onshore/offshore resourcing models.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with sales tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Outreach, etc.).
  • Hands-on with CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with prospects and stakeholders.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience selling to international markets (US, UK, Europe, MENA).
  • Understanding of SDLC and technology stacks (a plus but not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with staffing contract types (C2C, C2H, W2) and IT hiring models
