We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with
proven expertise in US sales or US client-facing roles. This is a night-shift, remote position
focused on outbound sales to the US market. If you're highly motivated, fluent in English,
and confident in generating qualified leads, this is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make a minimum of 250 outbound calls per day to US-based prospects.
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Use LinkedIn (500+ connections required) for prospecting and engagement.
• Schedule meetings/demos with qualified leads for the sales team.
• Accurately maintain data and notes in the CRM system.
• Consistently achieve and exceed weekly/monthly performance targets.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to refine outreach strategies.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in US Sales or working US shifts/clients.
• Strong background in cold calling and high-volume outreach.
• Active LinkedIn profile with at least 500 professional connections.
• Excellent fluency in English – both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
• Must have a quiet, distraction-free work environment.
Technical Requirements:
• Own laptop with strong configuration suitable for business software/tools.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Power backup preferred to avoid work disruptions.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Fixed Salary
• Night Allowance
• Incentives: Performance-based incentives will be awarded upon meeting monthly
targets.
• Probation Period: 2 months (with targets shared post onboarding)
Shift Timing:
• US Time Zone (EST/PST) – Night Shift
• Monday to Friday
