Who we need? - Quality Assurance Manager

- As a quality assurance engineer, you will play a key role in defining how we maintain the high quality of our products.- You will be responsible to ensure the production process meets or exceeds quality standards from entry of raw materials into the facility, to the processing of goods, to shipment of finished product.- A Quality Manager is expected to measure the quality of products or services against industry-specific standards, use statistical analyses to determine how regularly these standards are met, and ensure products & processes comply with relevant federal or provincial legislation.

What will a Quality Assurance Manager do?

- Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance.- Preparing quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes- Write detailed reports to explain their results to production managers and corporate leadership- Achieving quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews- Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving problems; completing audits; determining system improvements; implementing change.- Maintain a clean and safe work environment- Adhere to industry quality and safety standards- Developing quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses- Maintain ISO, ROHS, REACH, PRO-65 standards as per international compliance- Ensure products meet customer specifications and demand- Monitoring various processes for accuracy and compliance- Monitor finished products to confirm their compliance with quality standards and remove those which fail to comply- Maintain RBA reports to document errors, find root cause of problems and resolve- Create quality measurement systems to track improvement in products- Work closely with the development engg. team to improve existing products- Execute quality improvement testing and activities- Analyzing variances as per standards and initiating corrective actions- Identifying critical control points and preventive measures- Ensuring day-to-day manufacturing practices and product quality standards are met.- Test incoming raw materials and record date of inspection- Outsourcing supplier coordination, if any issue discuss and resolve the problem- Supplier monthly performance report- Maintain calibration of equipments needed as per requirement- Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems and defects- Create and maintain product wise life cycle testing system- Conduct and report internal audits and evaluations- Regularly inspect products & processes to determine whether they meet quality standards, Perform thorough examinations of all materials and finished products- Hold meetings with production or service managers to gather detailed information about company procedures and practices- Attend meetings with senior management to report on and discuss qc & qa issues- Train employees to meet quality standards in all areas of the production process.

Minimum Education Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance/Management, Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience in a QA management role, with a track record of leading teams and driving process improvements.- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and industry regulations.- Experience with non-conformity management and corrective action implementation.- Efficient knowledge of desktop operating systems and related technology/gadgets.- Excellent proficiency of MS Office - Excel is a must.
