Job Description

Vrinsoft Technology Pvt Ltd is a top-tier mobile app development company in India, delivering innovative solutions in Blockchain, AI/ML, Flutter, React, and Custom Apps. With 200+ professionals and a global client base, we're expanding our QA team and looking for a dynamic QA Team Lead to drive quality initiatives and lead a high-performing team.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust test strategies and QA roadmaps aligned with Agile or SDLC practices
  • Lead and mentor QA engineers, fostering a high-performance, quality-driven culture
  • Conduct manual and automated testing across functional, performance, scalability, and security areas
  • Drive automation using tools like Selenium, Appium, and JUnit
  • Execute API testing via POSTMAN, Swagger, and SOAPUI
  • Support CI/CD pipeline integration and BDD-based automation for traceability
  • Create and manage QA dashboards and KPIs to measure product quality and testing effectiveness
  • Collaborate with developers, BAs, and PMs to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle
  • Oversee creation, review, and execution of test cases and defect reports, performing root cause analysis
  • Stay updated with emerging QA tools and trends, recommending process enhancements

Skills And Qualifications Required

  • 8+ years of QA experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong command over manual and automation testing practices
  • Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Appium, JUnit)
  • Proficient in API testing (POSTMAN, Swagger, SOAPUI)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and BDD frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, XRay)
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced Agile environment

Nice To Have

  • Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner
  • Exposure to cloud platforms, microservices, and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with data validation, ETL testing, or BI dashboards
