Based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India, this full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to work on mission-critical applications that shape the future of digital business processes.Role & Responsibilities

• Architect & Develop Full-Stack Applications: Design, implement, and maintain Python microservices using AIOHTTP alongside robust front-end features using React.js.
• Database & Integration: Develop, optimize, and manage MSSQL database schemas and implement migrations, integrating systems with Redis and Kafka for real-time data processing.
• Cloud & Container Management: Deploy and monitor applications in cloud environments (AWS or Azure) utilizing Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration to ensure scalable and reliable services.
• Quality Assurance & Testing: Write and maintain comprehensive unit and integration tests with tools such as Jest and pytest, and actively participate in peer code reviews.
• Agile Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Work closely with product, QA, and DevOps teams to troubleshoot issues, plan iterative sprints, and continuously enhance development workflows.
• Innovative Solutions & Mentorship: Contribute to stack improvements, share best practices, and mentor junior team members in adopting cutting-edge development methodologies.
  

Must-Have

Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive experience in full-stack development with strong proficiency in Python (AIOHTTP, Pydantic) and modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js).
• Hands-on expertise in MSSQL database design, optimization, and schema migrations (Liquibase).
• Proven ability to deploy and manage cloud-native applications on AWS or Azure, utilizing CI/CD tools.
• Solid understanding of containerization with Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks such as Jest and pytest.
• Demonstrated aptitude for agile methodologies and effective cross-functional collaboration.
  

Preferred

• Experience with real-time data pipelines using Redis and Kafka.
• Background working on workflow automation or real-time analytics platforms.
• Proven track record in mentoring junior developers in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
